We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Wild Pawtential. I'd you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle - free returns within 14 days of receiving your item. After 14 days we can no longer accept a return.

Please note that all products must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed and eligible for a return. Therefore, we recommend items to be tried on indoors on your dog to avoid being soiled.

Buyers are responsible for there own return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service as we do not accept any responsibility for lost items. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and we will allow for courier/postage delays.

If tour purchase qualified for free UK shipping, fees will be deducted from the refund value to cover the cost of initial shipping.

We will notify you once we have received your return. Once inspected we will notify you if a refund has been approved or not.

I'd approved you will receive your refund on your original payment method (excluding shipping costs) within 7-10 working days.
